**Your role**:
In this role you will steward the strategy for Data & AI and to develop products that meet market requirements, and also anticipate market opportunities by building Intellectual Property in the form of re-usable solutions/products, or stand alone software solutions/products.

Managing the efficient delivery of services, ensuring high levels of labour efficiency, utilisation and ultimately profitability are a key to success. Full P&L responsibilities, pre-sales and ultimately the delivery of the services to customers is within your remit.

You will also work closely with our Managed Division to ensure that the Managed Data & AI solutions are market leading, efficient and modern.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Data & AI P&L
- Extend the existing Intellectual Property, in the form productisation, re-usable solutions and custom developed code, in order to drive growth, efficiency and Profitability
- Manage the Data & AI Consulting, PS and Delivery teams
- Manage a relationship with Microsoft to assist with building your practice
- Develop a relationship with other vendors such as Oracle or Snowflake in order to build out our capability and your practice
- Assist the Sales teams in designing solutions, and positioning them with credibility to our customers, including presenting to both customers and prospects as necessary
- Work with our Marketing teams to develop appropriate collateral and other artifacts to allow us to position our Data & AI capability in market, with credibility and help to enable the broader Sales team in the positioning of the Data & AI portfolio
- Work with our Head of Managed Services to further develop the Managed Data & AI products
- Develop the Brennan Data & AI products to me more relevant to the market and to enable us to include these in our Public Data & AI solutions
