**About the Role**

We're looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse Administrator to join our team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll manage a busy inbox handling all outbound freight and dispatch communications, including customer and internal team inquiries. If you're self-motivated, quick on your feet, and confident using ERP systems, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform administrative tasks related to outbound freight, dispatch, and customer queries
- Accurately pick and pack sales orders
- Check and put away incoming goods
- Pick job materials as required
- Promote a safe working environment, including proper storage of hazardous goods and housekeeping
- Report any discrepant parts to the Inventory Controller
- Provide regular updates to the Warehouse Supervisor on store operations
- Assist with loading and unloading goods
- Participate in 5S practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Manage priorities with autonomy, sound judgment, and strong decision-making skills

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Forklift license with high-reach experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with multiple team members
- Experience in stock control and warehouse operations
- Intermediate knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (basic formulas)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quality-focused mindset, with ISO 9000 knowledge being an advantage
- Ability to handle competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proactive approach with a strong initiative
