Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the warehouse administrator ensures the timely and efficient management of freight bookings, record keeping of inwards and outward goods and general stores functions.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Picking and packing goods for delivery (70% of the time)
- Accepting delivery of goods and ensuring delivery docket accuracy.
- Liaising with courier companies regarding dispatch and collection dates
- Dispatching goods to various locations and sites
- Assisting with the tracking of goods to ensure correct location and ETA details.
- Storing goods in a safe and systematic manner
- Arranging replacement or return of damaged goods.
- Entering product and order details into computer system
- Undertaking routine stocktake audits.
- Transferring stock to and from PWR’s Perth and regional warehouses
- Ongoing improvement reviews to ensure efficient stock control practices.
- Ensuring clear communication lines between clients, employees and suppliers
- Adhoc tasks as required.

**About you**

We are seeking a self-motivated and team-oriented Warehouse Administrator with a disciplined approach to work practices and strong attention to detail. You will be confident in your interactions with freight providers and experienced using various online booking systems.
