**Are you an experienced Clinical Care Manager looking to progress your career to the next step?**

Our client is seeking a self-motivated and passionate Senior Care Manager to manage and support the clinical operations across their organisation in Victoria as their
**Regional Care Manager. **This role will be shared along with 5 other Regional Care Managers - managing different areas across Greater Melbourne and Victoria.

Work for a
**leading non-for-profit organisation** alongside a professional and well-established management team, with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in aged care. Work alongside 5 Roving Care Managers across 22 Aged Care residences in Victoria. This role involves travelling to facilities to assist in the absence of Care Managers, support through accreditation and overall clinical management across the organisation.

**Your duties will include**:

- Responsible for managing the clinical duties across 22 Aged Care facilities in Victoria
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff within each Aged Care facility
- Support and assist the on-site care managers with accreditation preparation, quality & compliance and risk management
- Directly report to and work alongside the Service Managers
- Earn a competitive salary up to $125,000 + super + salary packaging

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Driver's license
- Minimum 4 years working as a Clinical Care Manager in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
