**About the opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor Workshop to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis to deliver operational excellence and innovation. **Qualifications and experience**

**Essential**:

- Tertiary or trade qualifications
- Strong experience and leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading a medium to large team of functional / operational positions
- Demonstrated communication skills when responding to staff
- Current class ‘HR’ driver's licence.

**Remuneration and benefits**

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,730.04 per week
- 38-hour working week
- Rostered Day Off (RDO) every fortnight
- Car allowance
- Employee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 11.5% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
