At Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV) Sydney West, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:

- Handle customer service-related queries
- Manage customer invoicing, purchase orders and warranty claim preparation
- Ensure receipting and system data input of all workshop invoices is correct and up to date
- Offer occasional support on front counter, including answering calls, making bookings, creating job cards.
- Managing warranty parts inventory for claims, creating and managing vehicle service schedules for contract vehicles, working closely with workshop supervisors for job quality/times/warranty items etc.
- Provide general administration support for the Invoicing/Administration Supervisor.

You will be working as part of a team that prides itself on a great culture, playing a key role in supporting our maintenance workshop and valued customers. We’re a close-knit team and we are looking for someone who takes initiative, builds relationships easily and can join us on our growth journey. You’ll be working Monday-Friday during the day, with some flexibility to work some overtime, and the occasional Saturday.

- A head for numbers, you are very comfortable in excel and can pick up new computer programs easily.
- Excellent communication skills
- A customer service attitude
- An eye for detail and great time management skills
- Prior experience within the automotive industry/workshop environment would be highly regarded.
