Sarina Russo Institute offers industry focused training with a strong focus on providing participants with an outstanding learning experience, offering flexible delivery, equipping them with the skills, knowledge and support for successful employment outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Facilitator/ Coach to mentor and facilitate 2 programs for job seekers to create real opportunities, to assist in the development of job ready skills, build confidence and capacity to effectively engage with technology. You will also run job club sessions.
- Employability Skills training (EST) - this helps participants become job ready by providing intensive pre-employment training; and
- Career transition Assistance (CTA) - this program is designed to help mature-age people, aged 45 years and over, to build their confidence and skills to become more competitive in the local labour market.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Previous experience in coaching/training and facilitating
- Must be able to network with potential employers and build relationships
- Confident promoting program to Employment Service providers
- Proficient with technology
- Would suit someone with previous experience in the Employment Services Industry.

**You should be able to demonstrate the following skills**:

- Dynamic facilitator with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to promote our clients to potential employers
- Confident presenting benefits of program to Employment Service providers
- Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
- Ability to deal with conflict resolution
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- The ability to work unsupervised, complimented by strong time management skills
- Professional presentation
