**About The Opportunity**

Our client is a prominent player in Australia's hospitality scene, boasting a network of venues across Brisbane and beyond. Cherished by locals and visitors, their venues are celebrated for their ever-evolving seasonal menus, breathtaking vistas and detailed yet approachable service style.

We're in search of an
**Assistant Manager** who's not only highly motivated but also hands-on, someone with a strong service background and a deep understanding of the industry. If you're the type who thrives during busy services and enjoys guiding experienced team members, we want you. This role reports directly to the Venue Manager and offers a significant leadership opportunity within a close-knit team.

**This role is for YOU if you**:

- Have strong background in bar or hospitality venue operations
- Are confident leading large teams (30+) to deliver excellence in service
- Are across day-to-day operations of a venue, including FOH and admin responsibilities
- Top notch beer, wine & cocktail knowledge
- Aren't shy of being a key leader and the face of the venue
- Are available across a 7 day rotating roster, days & evenings. No overnights.
