**The Work**

Joining as a new member of our close-knit Workshop Crew in Noble Park, the work you do with us will be challenging and will call upon your problem solving abilities, diagnostic know-how, skills and experience.

As a member of our team you will get the opportunity to grow and expand your skillset as you work alongside other team members to modify, install, service and repair TES transport equipment

This will involve things like:

- A full range of mechanical fitting and hydraulic duties on a wide variety of equipment.
- Installation of ancillary equipment associated with installations.
- Minimising rework by inspecting each completed job before release to customers.
- Completing timecards, service reports, parts requisitions & returns and expense reimbursements for all service jobs accurately and on time.
- Designing, fabricating and installing subframes.
- Installation of new cranes onto customer vehicles to TES and Australian Standards.
- Thinking outside of the box when it comes to the tasks you are working on.
- Actively contributing to the team performance by supporting other team members through sharing knowledge, skill and technical advice.
- Attending team tool box meetings.

**Right fit for you?**

These positions are ideally suited to people who have experience working on the tools in a mechanical and/or steel fabrication workshop environment. Over time, you will learn to become a jack-of-all trades, however to start out previous experience in any of the following; fitting, turning, welding, fabricating, boilermaking, working with hydraulics, completing mechanical services and repairs or auto-electrical work will be essential.
