Transport Engineering Solutions (TES), a division of Sime Motors Group, is one of Australia's leading suppliers of OEM truck and trailer solutions. TES is unique in the market delivering a complete range of products from world class brands in the core transport categories: Hydraulics, Braking, Transport Equipment and Materials Handling.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Hydraulic Fitter to our skilled Noble Park workshop team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A full range of mechanical fitting and hydraulic duties on a wide range of transport equipment.
  • Installation of ancillary equipment associated with installations
  • Complete timecards, service reports, parts requisitions for all service jobs accurately and on time
  • Adhering to company procedures, processes and standards

The successful applicant will have a mechanical background with hydraulic skills as well as

  • Trade qualification- Mechanical trade certificate.
  • Proficiency in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing complex mechanical and / or hydraulic systems.
  • Safety-focused mindset
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to supporting a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full driver's licence.
  • Ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen.
