We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to oversee our** 120-place centre** in Moorabbin.

**About the Role**
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children, implementing hygiene and safety practices.
- Lead the team in achieving goals that enhance the quality of care and education provided.

- Manage financial performance to achieve budget targets and ensure efficient operations.

**About you**
- Proven strong experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Strong experience creating and implementing a Centre Quality Improvement Plan
- Childcare management software experience preferred.
- A current Victorian Working with Children's Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
