**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Taking a hands-on approach you will assist with front office, concierge and reservation activities ensuring the overall rooms division operation runs smoothly. You’re the face of our establishment, an enthusiastic and lively go getter with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering Public’s personalised signature service
- CARE is at the forefront in everything we do.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience working in a hotel environment desireable
- Guest service is in your DNA, you easily connect with a variety of people and revel in creating memorable stays.
- You have an in-depth understanding of all Front Office or Hospitality F&B operations, standards & procedures
- Excellent communication, administration skills, you enjoy multi-tasking.
- Well organized, with attention to detail
- Flexible availability across a 7-day roster.
- You have full unrestricted Australian work rights

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
