**The Role**

As our **Marketing and Strategic Partnership Co-ordinator**, you will work closely with the proprietor to:

- **Develop and execute a 12-month marketing calendar** that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- **Build and nurture partnerships** with key customers and industry associations to drive brand recognition and growth.
- Plan and deliver impactful **communications and events** to engage partners and clients.
- Collaborate on the development of **high-quality content** to support marketing campaigns and partnership recruitment.
- Proactively identify and **recruit new partners**, strengthening our presence in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage a detailed marketing plan with measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and other engagement activities.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials across various platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and industry associations.
- Research and onboard potential partners aligned with our business vision.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance to refine strategies.
