Are you looking to build on your existing Payroll or scheduling skills?

We are looking for a proactive, positive, organised person with great customer service skills to support our managers of Kronos scheduling and Salvos Workday Time Tracking.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work within a tight team environment to maintain rigorous time keeping systems in preparation for processing by payroll, and participate in ongoing skills development and refresher programs for Managers and other users.
- Set up clocks for new sites and provide ongoing support to ensure clocks are maintained.
- Run and audit all payroll extract files and time tracking exception reports on a weekly basis
- Resolve escalated time tracking queries from Aged Care Scheduling and Managers
- Provide weekly drop in information sessions for Managers to build their capability and reduce errors

ABOUT YOU
- Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management
- Kronos and Workday HCM experience or training preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and online presentation skills
- Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the end user needs and situation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
- Workforce Planning, Payroll and Award interpretation experience
- A qualification in HR, Business or a related field.
