**About the role**

Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for engaging with our People? Join us as an Internal Communications Advisor You will be responsible for designing and executing internal communications to support Capricorn's new corporate strategy. Working closely with Executives and Senior Leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring our People are excited, engaged and aligned with strategic initiatives, oversee internal events, and provide expert advice on communication approaches. A key member of the Comms & Engagement team, you will lend a hand to support crisis communications, and other communications programs as required.

**About you**
- Proven experience developing and executing successful internal communications strategies.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong strategic communications expertise, with a proven track record in developing, executing, and assessing communications plans.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create content for a range of channels.
- Demonstrated project management, planning and organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines.
- Significant experience working in a similar internal communications role.
- Public Relations or Journalism Degree
