Domestic Air-conditioning Duct Installer and Supervisor

Uniflow Services has been established since 2010 and is seeking a motivated air conditioning duct installer (Domestic & Light commercial). Our work is mostly residential and light commercial installation. This is a great opportunity for an applicant who also wanted to start his apprenticeship in air-conditioning field.
**Requirements**:
- Proven background in **split system**, **ducted system**, and **multi-head installations**.
- Strong understanding of **airflow design**, **duct sizing**, and **zoning systems**:
- Previous **supervisory or team leader experience** preferred.
- Ability to **supervise and coordinate installation teams** on multiple domestic sites.
- Competent in **reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications**.
- Knowledge of **HVAC standards, regulations, and safety practices**.
- Strong **problem-solving** and **quality control** skills.
- Excellent **communication and leadership** abilities
- Australian C class driving license
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily installation operations for domestic air conditioning and ductwork.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets **Uniflow Services standards** and **Australian codes**.
- Allocate labour, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure **OH&S compliance** across all sites.
- Provide technical support and resolve installation issues.
- Sign off completed jobs and verify system functionality before handover.
