Our client is a leading global supplier of paints and coatings, and at their Tullamarine facility they specialise in manufacturing coatings & sealants for the aerospace industry.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Working within the team at Tullamarine and reporting to the Operations manager, you will be responsible for supporting the operators in the production of the products, by ensuring the areas are set up, clean, organised and ready to operate.
- Duties include but not limited to:_
- Supporting the operators with the production of coatings and sealants
- Focusing primarily on set up reduction and rapid changeover
- Setting up the equipment and materials to assist the PO
- Cleaning and prepare equipment for the next task
- Filling of paint and sealants and packaging finished products
- Cleaning machines and accessories
- Participating in 5S and Lean Six Sigma activities
- Complying with all the procedures regarding Health, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times
