- To lead the Partnership & Promotion function and identify Partnership opportunities, with a strong focus on synergies that realise and support the “Live healthy, naturally and sustainably’ positioning of the brand.
- Core objectives include driving calendar initiatives for Partnerships & Promotions at a national level and encouraging brand participation and support for these at a local level.
- Leading and enforcing the acquisition strategy outside of restaurants and as a gateway to all promotional participation in the partnership & sponsorship territory.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Director in developing the Sponsorships & Promotions strategy in line with company’s business objectives.
- Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Build a systematic, process driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management in line with brands' strategic framework and positioning
- Research and identify partner relationships that align with brand values and strategies
Required skills and expertise
- Background in Commercial / Sales / Partnerships led role.
- Sporting partnership experience highly regarded
- 7+ years' experience in relevant industry i.e. FMCG, consumer goods
- Analytical, process driven and solutions focussed
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Confident leader of people and projects
- Financially astute
- Capable of building processes and frameworks to deliver results and engage the broader business
