Fernwood Fitness in Rockdale is looking for an Assistant Club Manager to join and work with our Club Manager to lead our team.

About the Role:
Working with our Club Manager to Manage the day-to-day in-club operations, where you will champion and be accountable for the results of the club and the team.

With supportive management guidance, training and coaching, you will ensure the daily operation of the club, drive results and encourage a strong team environment.

About You:

- You are an innovative woman, with a passionate, customer-focused and can-do attitude.
- Passionate about fitness, wellness and women’s health.
- Availability over a standard 5-day roster with hours primarily between 9 am and 7.30pm. Some weekends may be required.

Skills & Experience:

- Proven sales/operations management experience.
- You can lead a team with passion and enthusiasm and drive the team to exceed set targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and members.
- Successful resolution of member concerns and responsibility to achieve member satisfaction.
- Ability to drive local area marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales experience in Fitness, Retail or RealEstate: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Fitness Qualification or business management qualification (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
