Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a growing fleet of A320 and F100 aircraft. From our base at Perth Airport, we specialise in resource sector support, regional and interstate passenger transport, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

The Cabin Policy Specialist role is responsible for the ongoing technical development of cabin operational policy for the Network aircraft fleet, with the objective of driving safety and compliance modernisations within the Cabin.

You’ll have
- Strong knowledge of Cabin Crew operations- Experience in compiling procedures or technical policy- Ability to present complex information in a simple way to a varied audience, and the ability to tailor the communication of information depending on the intent and the audience.- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement in the interpretation and analysis of information and draw meaningful conclusions- Demonstrates the broad ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to liaise effectively with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders.-
- Is able to build strong and durable relationships
