Our client, Karuah RSL Club Limited is a well-established and thriving club, located in the heart of Karuah. As the Club continues to evolve, they are looking for a motivated and capable Assistant Manager to support operations, drive efficiencies, and help lead the team into the future.

This position is with Karuah Club RSL Limited who are located in Karuah.

**Your new opportunity**:
Working closely with the CEO, this role will see you involved in the day-to-day running of the Club across a broad range of functions. You’ll also play a key role in modernising systems and supporting strategic initiatives.

This is a full-time role, with flexibility to work across a seven day roster if needed. You’ll join a passionate team that values community and continuous improvement - making a real impact in a close-knit regional setting.

**You will be responsibile for overseeing the following**:

- Assisting with financial oversight and reporting
- Supporting membership services and administration
- Leading IT system updates and integration
- Overseeing operational activities alongside the CEO
- Supporting the CEO in developing and delivering strategic initiatives
- Contributing to marketing and promotions
- Helping to develop and implement club policies
- Supporting HR functions and stepping in as relief CEO when needed

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence working with IT systems and introducing new technologies
- Experience in system integration and development to improve operational efficiency
- Clear communication and a genuine commitment to great service
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and lead a team
- Confidence to act in a relief capacity for the CEO when needed
- A sound understanding of financial and operational principles
- Exposure to HR processes or policy development
