Inbound Phone Sales

**What’s The Role**:
Firstly, this role does not involve any sort of cold calling or reaching out to someone who doesn’t want to hear from us.
Quite the opposite actually.
We receive a large amount of inbound sales enquiry daily from new potential customers that want to buy our products.
They are invariably shopping around so your role is -Once they submit their enquiry you will jump on the phone to them, explain the process of what they should expect from here onwards and ensure they feel like the can stop shopping around
The role will be a contact point for the client and ensure they feel loved.
**You will need to posses the below skill set.**
- Most importantly be a good person, we have created a great culture at PW and want to keep it that way.
- Great phone manner.
- Some previous experience selling, we want to ensure you are very charming.
- Strong interpersonal skills this role is all about customer service.
- Be comfortable with spending lots of time on the phone.

**Think you're the right fit? We're looking for**:
At least 1 year of sales (whatever type it doesn’t matter) or recently graduated from university.
Committed to doing what it takes to win, a genuine WANT to build an exceptional career with our organisation.
Have a great eye for detail, as you will be liaising up to six-figure customers.
Ability to work in our Fitzroy office three times a week and work from home two times.
