**WHO ARE YOU?
**You are a highly motivated SEO specialist, with 3-6 years’ experience working in a similar role, preferably at a digital agency like ours.
You are passionate about all things SEO, ensuring that clients’ campaigns, websites and other digital assets align with the most up to date and effective SEO practices. You’re super organised and possess a high attention to detail across all work.
Your experience and expertise allow you to confidentiality articulate SEO performance and practices to other team members as well as clients. You contribute to positive team morale, work well in a team and you’re committed to delivering positive results.
**WHAT’S THE ROLE?
**The SEO Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all SEO projects for both Revium clients and Revium itself.
Acting as the Subject Matter Expert, the SEO Manager leads the SEO discipline across the Revium business.
The SEO Manager reports to the Digital Marketing Services Director and works closely with a team of Digital Marketing experts.
**Your key responsibilities include:
- Architect and implement (hands on) industry leading SEO campaigns across technical SEO, on-page and off-page content to deliver outstanding ROI.
- As the SEO SME within the business, ensure that you always have up to the minute knowledge of relevant SEO and content marketing trends.
- Support the General Manager of Growth, Account Management team and Digital Marketing Services Director to implement SEO strategies that will increase Revium’s brand awareness and help to drive inbound leads to the business for all services.
**Expected tasks:
- Proactively monitor SEO campaign performance and ensure relevant staff are kept abreast of performance.
- Plan and manage all SEO aspects of client website development and deployment.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and work with dev teams to implement recommendations.
- Generate insightful and valuable SEO performance reporting using language and formats that laymen can understand.
- Generate valuable content strategies for and make content and promotion recommendations.
- Write/edit content to ensure its compliant with SEO best practices and company tone of voice.
- Manage all SEO related platforms, constantly ensuring they are being used effectively and that Revium has the right platform mix.
- Engage with Account Managers, Digital Producers/Coordinators, Business Analysts and the Digital Marketing Services Director to ensure that SEO campaigns are consistently grounded in the delivery of ROI/value to the client’s business.
- Leverage and instruct internal resources (developers, paid media team, etc) on SEO requirements and how to implement them (where appropriate).
- Confidently communicate/present SEO processes and practices.
- Accurately quote on the number of hours required to complete technical, local and content SEO audits.
- Stay up to date with latest SEO and content marketing trends through desk-based research and attend relevant industry meet ups, conferences and events.
- Pull together and present compelling SEO sales pitches to new and existing client prospects.
**WHAT ARE WE IDEALLY LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
