ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Our Client, an Engineering Consultancy based in Sydney CBD, is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join the team. As a HR Generalist, you will provide support to your organisation relevant to ER matters.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
An 12-month fixed term contract. Your role as a HR Officer is to utilise your strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and employee relations to support and make continuous improvements to the HR functions and procedures.
DUTIES.
- End-to-end recruitment processes
- Provide ER advice to employees and managers
- HR administration
- Provide advice on performance reviews, succession planning & more
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualifications in HRM or relevant
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR generalist role
- Exceptional communication & stakeholder liaison skills
