**EIR Group has been operational since 2003 and is a small family run labour hire business with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide.**

**If you're looking for a role that you spend 80% of your time in your car visiting sites and businesses whilst having the freedom to work from anywhere this is you**
- We are particularly interested in speaking to you if you have experience within the construction industry_

**What will be involved?**

At EIR you will be responsible for visiting our current customer base whilst having the fun of bringing on new ones You will be responsible for the account management of our very valued customers

You will develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure continued growth and success.

You will also work very closely with our Operations Team to ensure the workers we allocate to site are the best ones suited to the job.

**What do we need from you?**
- An awesome attitude towards our customers and your job
- Previous customer service / sales experience
- Previous Labour Hire Experience would be awesome
- A passion to GROW
- A passion for GROWTH
- Ideally you have worked in the construction industry
- You will have a way with our clients AND workers - developing trust, commitment and loyalty is the key to success in our industry
- Strong interpersonal skills - You must be able to adapt your style to suit different situations and personalities
- You must be able to listen as well as you can talk so that you can identify a client needs and provide solutions
- A highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
