Eddie is a multidisciplinary creative agency based in Murwillumbah, Northern NSW. We build brands, content, and spaces for businesses doing things differently - from hospitality and lifestyle to government and community. Our agency blends strategy and creativity to craft thoughtful, scroll-stopping work across brand, design, interiors, and social media.

We’re on the lookout for a content creator or producer with a solid understanding of social media, strong visual sensibility, and an interest in working with brands from concept through to execution. This is a great early-career role for someone who has studied design, multimedia, communications or marketing and wants to grow their real-world experience inside a fast-paced studio.

You’ll work closely with our team to:

- Plan, shoot, and edit TikToks and Reels (some on iPhone, others with our in-house videographer)
- Create engaging, on-brand short-form content for our clients and our studio
- Planning and scheduling content in collaboration with our team, incorporating SEO best practices and writing strategic captions that help reach the right audiences.
- Pitch content ideas and collaborate on campaign concepts
- Support ongoing content projects and marketing strategy

Bonus points if you:

- Enjoy being in front of or behind the camera
- Are across current trends on TikTok and Instagram
- Have basic knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Have motion or animation experience
- Are familiar with visual design tools (e.g. Adobe Suite)

The initial focus will be on supporting social media content for our client Scrub Turkey, with additional work across Eddie’s channels and other clients as the role evolves. This is a one two day perweek role to start, with potential for growth after the initial three-month period.

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
