Mobility Access Modifications specializes in modifying homes for the elderly and mobility impaired. We have over 21 years of experience in servicing Melbourne and surrounds.

Based in Preston, we have an opening within our team of Schedulers and are seeking someone with previous experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking role as a Scheduler or in a High-Volume Administration or Customer Service role.

As a Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in our customer's primary point of contact for all residential installation needs. Your day will be planning and coordinating our skilled Installers schedules to align with customer's specific requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and manage all installation jobs from quotation to completion
- Maintain constant contact with our Installers to coordinate, delegate and follow up on jobs and progress
- Engage and inform customers about the status of their jobs
- Effectively manage customer queries and grievances
- Efficiently process large amounts of customer orders
- Manage the follow up on high numbers of customer quotations
- Effectively multi-tasking a high volume of administrative duties and customer service

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, as Scheduler, High-Volume Administration or Customer Service role in a fast paced environment
- Experience within building, property, or manufacturing industries desirable but not essential
- Strong MS Office skills
- AroFlo experience is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and influence outcomes
- Positive manner with a can-do attitude
- Team player with the ability to work well with all

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
