**About The Role**:
Our Client Services Officer is responsible for ensuring a smooth client experience throughout their journey with us. In this role, no two days are the same. The diversity of tasks in the role are varied based on the relevant project and client needs.

The role includes but is not limited to:

- Manage client bookings and take minutes of the meeting
- Attend client bookings with the client services manager to understand and develop scope of client needs
- Coordinate and follow up with various departments for pre-meeting and post meeting documentation preparation
- Work closely with team leaders for presentation and documents preparation
- Proactively manage main the client services mailbox
- Respond to enquiries and triage relevant enquiries
- Effectively identify and resolve client issues
- Ad-hoc involvement in project(s) preparation

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
Be experienced in or willing to learn
- Competent in Microsoft Suite products, specifically, MS word, PPT, Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of the team
- Proactive approach and ability to think outside the box for continuous improvement
- Strong administrative skills
- Attention to detail and confident in multi-tasking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
