**Your new company and role**

This well-known public sector organisation provides essential services to millions of Victorians every day. They're looking to transform the ways in which the public currently utilises government services. As such, they are looking for an experienced UX Designer/Content Writer for a temporary engagement for three months to assist with the following:

- Preparing, instructional content for website forms, mobile apps and other digital products
- Championing a customer-centric, plain language approach
- Keeping internal documentation up-to-date
- Working with stakeholders to simplify complex language
- Assisting with digital marketing, social media collateral or public relations campaigns as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience writing and creating accessibility content for digital channels
- Ability to measure plain language readability
- Experience with content management systems (Figma, Miro, or Jira/Confluence)
- Storytelling ability
- Ability to work with and manage multiple stakeholders, as well as work autonomously when required
