C Pro Care is a start-up Beauty and Wellness company located in Wolli Creek NSW. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a genuine passion for growing a business. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, rapidly growing company with a good culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Develop pricing, service, and product strategies to deliver innovative solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Support sales agents and retailers in the offline promotion.
- Plan, strategize, and set goals and targets with distributors.
- Provide personalized service and support to assigned key accounts.
- Deliver multiple reports, including detailed feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and industry trends.
- Analyse sales data and manipulate it to identify growth opportunities.

What we are looking for:

- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the cosmetics and wellness industry.
- Strong verbal and written communicator with enthusiasm for speaking in front of groups.
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve set tasks and goals.
- Problem-solving, negotiation, analytical skills and results-driven.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Mandarin speaking preferred but not Essential.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
