Bigweld Gas & Welding Supplies is looking for a part-time, experienced bookkeeper to join our growing team. We are a family-owned, independent industrial gas and welding supply company located in Ingleburn, NSW. As we expand, we’re looking for a skilled bookkeeper who is highly motivated, organised and willing to learn.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage accounts payables and receivables, including invoicing, debt collection and entering foreign currency bills.
- Use extensive experience with Reckon Accounts Hosted to maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank accounts regularly to maintain accuracy.
- Process payroll, superannuation and prepare monthly BAS documentation.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and analysis.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, processing orders and responding to customer enquiries.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in office administrative/bookkeeping or similar role (required)
- Proficient in using accounting software Reckon Accounts Hosted or Quickbooks (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Computer literate
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
