We are looking for an experienced Records Management Officer to join a federal government client on an initial 6-month contract.

In this role you will be responsible for providing support to migrate records, including data mapping, system administration, record searches and quality assurance.

Experience in HPE CM9 (Hewlett Packard enterprise content manager), EDRM (electronic document & records management) systems, and a strong understanding of records management is essential.

**Accountabilities**
- Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Content Manager (CM9) Administrator.
- Map AFDA Express 2 to electronic files held in the departments Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).
- Data mapping to migrate records between EDRMS datasets.
- Provide Tier 1, 2 and Tier 3 HPE CM9 system administration and support.
- Upload records from S:\ Drive to the department’s EDRMS.
- Undertake record searches for Royal Commission Notices.
- Contribute in the delivery of EDRMS and recordkeeping education, advice, support and training.
- Monitor data quality in the departments EDRMS and provide quality assurance.

**Essential Requirements**
- Strong administrator knowledge and experience with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Content Manager (CM9) and a well-developed understanding of records management functions.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of legislative issues and records management processes and procedures in the identification and sentencing of records.
- Understanding of AFDA Express 2 and ability to map to electronic files held in EDRMS.
- Manage and provide high quality and reliable HPE CM9 administrator, development and implementation guidance, advice and services, including providing Tier 1, 2 and Tier 3 system administration and support.
- Technical skills and experience to undertake data mapping to migrate records between EDRMS datasets.
- Skills and experience to use EDRMS advanced search functionality to undertake complicated searches for record identification purposes.
- Well-developed organisational skills with strong customer focus and excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to obtain a baseline security clearance of which Australian citizenship is a requirement.

This role will be based in Canberra with flexible working options.
