We’re Queensland’s largest multi-sport facility and have Athletics, Aquatic, Tennis and Fitness Centres, as well as grass and synthetics playing fields, indoor and outdoor multi-sport courts, function spaces and retail outlets. Our memberships base spans over 4,000 customers, with a further 7,000 people actively involved across UQ’s 35+ sporting clubs.

**ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone dedicated to customer service. Duties may include responding to customer queries, providing information about UQ Sport products and services, using the Point of Sale system, opening/closing of facilities, cleaning duties within the facility, collection of payment for sales and service transactions, assisting with the setup for events/functions and basic administration duties.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous experience in Customer Service environment desirable
- Previous work in a tennis center - highly desirable
- You are highly motivated, outgoing and energetic with excellent communication skills.
- Available for shifts Mon-Fri 6:30am - approx. 2pm (shift finish times vary throughout the week)

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**:
You must have or be willing to obtain the following qualifications:

- First Aid certificate
- CPR certificate
- Blue Card
