- Perform on-site evaluations to assess client needs, evaluate equipment performance, and ascertain rental feasibility.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients through consistent communication.
- Identify opportunities for expanding sales by offering additional products/services to existing clients.
- Tailor equipment solutions to match client requirements and project specifications.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to analyze account performance metrics.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Keep updated on industry trends to identify potential business prospects.
**Requirments**:
- Previous experience in visiting construction sites is advantageous.
- Demonstrate a disciplined approach to effectively manage accounts and pipeline activities.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport while maintaining professional relationships.
- Proficient in delivering persuasive presentations, skilled negotiation, and effective deal closure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Preferably possess tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM software systems and MS Office.
