**About the Role**
As a **Key Account Manager - Foodservice**, you will work closely with **chefs, hospitality operators, and wholesale distributors** to strengthen our presence in **commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food businesses** across **Northern NSW including Central Coast, Newcastle, Dubbo, Tamworth, and Coffs Harbour**.
This is a **hands-on sales role**, ideal for someone with **a cheffing background looking to step into a commercial role**. Spending **95% of your time in the field**, you will manage key accounts, ensure product distribution, and **build strong relationships with chefs and foodservice clients**.
**Responsibilities**
- **Build relationships with chefs, distributors, and key foodservice customers**.
- **Develop sales opportunities**, leveraging your food industry knowledge.
- **Drive product awareness and category growth** in commercial kitchens.
- **Manage and execute sales initiatives**, ensuring strong customer engagement.
- Work closely with marketing and operations to **deliver on customer needs**.
- Monitor **market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights**.

**About You**
You are a **foodservice professional** with:

- **Experience as a chef, in hospitality, or in foodservice sales**.
- **A passion for food and strong knowledge of commercial kitchens**.
- **Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills**.
- The ability to **work independently and thrive in a field sales role**.
- **FMCG or wholesale distribution experience** (highly regarded).
