**About the Role**

This is a MELBOURNE ONLY based opportunity. Looking for a Mid ServiceNow Consultant to join a large Government organisation providing Techno/Functional expertise to grow their current platform and expand capabilities across other business lines.
- Responsibilities will include:_
- Providing Application and Software Support/Disaster Recovery
- implementing Application Strategy, Architectural Design, Developing and Maintaining System Documentation
- Providing Incident and Problem Management with great experience in Project Delivery and Vendor Management
- Providing technical support to third party developers and customers
- Providing knowledge transfer to others internally and externally

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow as a Techno/Functional consultant with some development expertise
- Solid experience providing hands-on technical support and implementation of new modules, configurations, and enhancements
- Knowledge of SNOW connectors
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and having the ability to engage with Non-Technical and Technical stakeholders and vendors
- Ability to display independent thinking and perform with confidence even when priorities or goals change

Desirable skills:

- ServiceNow Admin and Developer certifications
- ITIL certified
