Overview:
The Department for Health and Wellbeing are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking **Business Support Officer** to join our team within Workforce Services. There is a possibility that this position may be made Ongoing in the future.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Providing excellent admin and business support across the organisation.
- Managing correspondence and record keeping.
- Keeping financial processes in check, including monitoring invoices, coding, journaling and expenditure.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agenda, taking notes, and following up on actions.
- On/off boarding of Workforce Services staff.
- Liaising with stakeholders on complex and sensitive issues.
**What we are Looking For**:
- Proven experience in business support, including finance, and records management (including workflows) using Objective system.
- Strong ability to prioritise, manage workloads, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks at one time.
- Effective communicator with experience engaging senior public servants and ministerial staff.
