As an Industry leader you will proudly represent this highly regarded brand. Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Officer your responsibilities will increase and evolve as you become familiar with the intricacies of the business. Eventually you will grow into the full scope of the role and be responsible for the following:

- Carry out demand planning, forecasting and procurement of imported and local finished goods.
- Review, plan, and manage inventory requirements of finished goods at warehouses and outstations.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to enable timely and efficient delivery of the products.
- Review, plan, and manage inventory requirements of finished goods at warehouses and outstations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with outstations to effectively manage inventory requirements, incl. cyclic counting and replenishment of inventory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarding divisions to effectively manage distribution of products to multiple warehouses and outstations locally and globally.
- Create supply plans for purchasing and fulfilling inventory requirements at the warehouses and outstations using MRP tools.
- Work with warehouses to prioritise supply.
- Determine and coordinate the availability of products to support the supply plans.
- Monitor adherence to supply plan, and work with suppliers to resolve any issues that arise.
- Create and execute distribution plans.
- Trouble shoot to identify root cause of problems and work with the team to resolve hurdles moving forward
- Excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to interact at all levels
- A genuine interest in Supply Chain
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Intermediate - Advanced level with MS Excel
