Part-time Receptionist

We’re seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Archerfield workshop, assisting clients with bookings, inquiries, issuing invoices, and general support. As a bilingual team member fluent in both English and Mandarin, you’ll help us serve our diverse clientele, ensuring clear communication and a seamless customer experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with our diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in customer service or reception roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in managing bookings, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and issuing invoices to customers with accuracy and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting our high timeslot availability for client bookings.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, invoicing, and administrative tasks (e.g., Microsoft Office, booking systems, and invoicing software like Xero).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
