**About the role**

As the Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our claims teams by providing and monitoring rehabilitation services and delivering advice and training to improve the claims experience for Zurich and our customers. You will do this by implementing strategic rehabilitation projects; ensuring consistency and quality across rehabilitation decisions; providing technical advice and guidance to the claims team (including Case Conferences); and collaborating with colleagues to share best practice across the claim’s teams.

Please note that the role can be performed completely remote, or from any of our office locations across Australia.

**Important to your success**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation
- Tertiary qualification in either Occupational Therapy or Rehabilitation Counselling (current registration with AHPRA or ASORC/RCAA highly regarded)
- Experience in personal illness/injury schemes such as life insurance, workers compensation, CTP, DVA or other.
