Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
**Your Opportunity**:The position of Quality and Training Coordinator will**:
- Develop and co-ordinate training and staff development of Patient Support Services staff, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Promote the Patient Support Services department by networking with staff and clients to achieve client focussed quality outcomes.
- Coordinate the provision of staff training, mandatory training, professional development and support programs to enhance the skills base across Patient Support Services (cleaning, waste and sustainability, linen, security, portering, help desk, Central Equipment Loan Service) including the ability to deliver training material via multiple mediums and in collaboration with relevant facility-based training resources.
