**The Role**:
**We have an exciting opportunity for a 'Technology Partner Manager' in our Digital Technology Operations Capability team in WooliesX. We provide a wide array of technology operational support to multiple Woolworths businesses that utilise Digital platforms. This role plays a central part in Technology Partner Management and will give you the opportunity to work with some of the leading organisations
**Key Accountabilities**:
**Working across virtual teams focusing on the technology partner portfolio services, spanning internal and external resource pools across the IT and business divisions**
**Relationship Management of key technology Partners (including Governance, cadence and strategic alignment)**
**Commercial management for key technology partners to ensure service delivery according to agreed service levels**
**Stakeholder management across the Technology portfolio**
**Escalation management for issues raised by stakeholders relating to Technology Partners, our agreements or services being provisioned**
**Onboarding of new technology partners including contract review, supporting operations alignment**
**Service Governance and Reporting**
**Identify and lead capability improvement opportunities**
**Support to reviewing current services/software & licensing and analyse if they meet current organisation requirements**
**Support to procurement process from submitting initial requisition, purchase order approvals and invoice reconciliation**
**Assist in resolving vendor disputes contractual SLA and invoice payments**
**Support to financial month-end activities in reporting accruals and cross recharges across different centre for software charges**
**Familiarity with ARIBA and SAP systems**
**Negotiate service outcomes with vendors who have missed their contractual obligations**
**Initiate service performance reviews and develop roadmaps with partners and vendors for performance improvement
**About You**:
**A strong track record in Technology Partner Management, Service Delivery or Financial Management in a Digital or Physical business environment**
**Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering outcomes**
**Understanding of (or experience with) with leading technologies like Cloud, Security Services, Software as a Service Offerings**
**A great communicator and problem solver**
**Capability development and / or process improvement experience**
**Advanced negotiation and conflict management skills**
**Commercial and account management experience would be highly beneficial
