Harvest Road Agribusiness is seeking a committed and experienced **Pasture Farm Worker** to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant must reside near our farms in Western Australia — **FIFO arrangements will not be considered**. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a progressive and dynamic agribusiness, with a focus on maintaining high-quality pasture environments for livestock operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with planting, fertilising, irrigating and managing pasture areas
- Conduct weed and pest control to ensure healthy pasture conditions
- Operate tractors for discing and perform front end loader operations
- Maintain and repair fencing, gates and pasture irrigation systems
- Clean and maintain farm equipment, machinery, tools and general work areas.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant, full-time experience in a similar role
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in the agricultural industry is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience working with pasture in Western Australia is essential
- Proficient in operating agricultural machinery, including tractors and front-end loaders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manual driver’s licence
- Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
