**About the Role**:

- Support a participant who enjoys **shopping, walks, and engaging in meaningful conversations**.
- Assist with community outings and social activities, helping the participant feel empowered and included.
- Build a genuine connection and provide companionship in a fun and supportive way.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- An Australian background (participant preferred) **female support worker** who is compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic.
- Someone who loves chatting, has a positive attitude, and enjoys being out and about in the community.
- A relatable and down-to-earth personality that aligns with the participant’s preferences.
- Must have the following checks:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- **Working with Children Check**:

- **First Aid and CPR Certification**:

- **Police Check**:

- **Driver’s License**
