We are currently seeking an experienced Music School Coordinator to handle administration, reception, enrolling students and teacher schedules to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our students and their families.

Job Description: As coordinator, you will serve as the main point of contact for our students and their families, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with Bam Bam Music School families and students, understanding their individual needs and musical goals.
- Resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage your day-to-day tasks with mínimal supervision, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including invoicing and payment tracking for students.
- Assist with managing the social media accounts, creating engaging content, and responding to inquiries on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

- 1-2 years of administration experience, preferably in a school or education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client concerns.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset

Daily Tasks Include:

- Ensure student records and schedules are well maintained
- Invoicing and ensure accounts are paid and maintained
- Keeping a welcoming atmosphere for students, teachers and general customers

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
