We have partnered with a leading financial services organisation who are looking to engage an experienced property management and workplace operations professional to manage their portfolio of landmark buildings.

The Workplace Experience Team are responsible for all corporate real estate

functions, operations and facilities management, guest relations and oversees all design, strategy, and operational aspects of their Group workplaces. Their focus is to create a productive and connected workplace that is appropriate for the business’s current and future strategy.

The main areas of focus in this role include:
**Workplace Operations**
- Develop and program manage preventative maintenance strategy, manage 3rd party supplier strategy and relationships and complete the annual SOSC budgeting exercise.
- Review/improve existing methods of operation and research and report on building performance and insights that inform and prioritise decision making on future effort and spend
- Maintaining guidelines and processes in the provision of certification of essential services nationally
- In partnership with Workplace Operations Managers, ensure effective ongoing relationships with Landlords

**Guest Relations**
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and friendly environment and services delivered by a well skilled and cross trained team.
- Manage 3rd party supplier strategy and relationship.
- Manage business unit usage of Guest Relation services
- Ensure effective collection and utilisation of data analytics to review strategy and optimise improvement opportunities.

**Workplace Experience**
- Divisional operations and strategy - future proofing strategy and services, providing a unified voice and communications to the business
- Head Office building relationship management
- Management of cost out tracker
- Risk management - ensuring appropriate controls and tracking is in place for Workplace risks

**Experience and qualifications required**
- Superior external and internal stakeholder management skills built around providing exceptional customer experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Budget setting and management highly desirable

This opportunity would suit an experienced property management professional that may be between opportunities, who could assist in driving the future property strategy whilst managing the Workplace Experience team.
