**Job Description**:
Reporting into the Head of Production at 9Creative, this role is responsible for managing the production process across multiple resources and project deliverables efficiently.
- Day to day you will:_
- Manage the end to end post production process on large jobs
- Create post production budgets and schedules
- Track and manage the post production schedules
- Creation of new projects, planning resources and budget tracking/ reconciliation of costs
- Aligning projects and timelines in line with show deliverables and schedules
- Provide leadership and support to the post production coordinator(s) with budgeting and scheduling needs
- Manage deliverables with internal departments
- Oversee daily production timelines and priorities with production team, executive producers and on air presentation
- Demonstrates a positive and professional communication style

**Qualifications**:
You will have excellent scheduling and time management skills with the ability to juggle and prioritise simultaneous demands. You will have the ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment with self motivation and the ability to problem solve and make decisions independently. You will have seamless and confident communication with creative producers, designers and management team regarding post-production status and delivery.
- What we would like to see on your resume:_
- Experience working within a post production or broadcast facility
- Bachelor of Media or equivalent
- Experience supervising people and projects
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to problem solve effectively in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated strong communication with the ability to collaborate with creative producers, design and presentation
- A excellent understanding of all aspects of the post production process and workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication and an unwavering attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistent delivery
