**About Us**

NIKOS is a Greek inspired institution that specialises in Greek cakes and sweets and has cemented its position in Melbournians hearts for more than 36 years

Opening our first store more than 36 years ago, we are part of the vibrant Greek hospitality experience that Fairfield has become renowned for.

Customers love to visit Nikos, and travel from near and far in order to experience our amazing sweets and also dine in our bustling and busy café.
- The position is for our Oakleigh venue.

**Qualifications & experience**
- At least 3 years experience leading teams in hospitality venues.
- Hands on approach, leading by example with a strong emphasis on following our methods and improving customer service
- Ability to engage with different team members and motivate.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Managing Front of house operations
- Coaching, training and developing the team
- Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Rostering of staff
- Performance Management
- HR Management
- P&L accountability and understanding cost efficiencies.
- Ability to deliver on budgets and targets
- Stock ordering
- Follow directions set by General Manager

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
