1 year initial contract for a Transition Manager/ Junior PM to work with a global brand offering career growth

**Your new role**
This role will be good for someone who has a great blend of stakeholder management and consultative skills, while having strong project coordination, management, and salesforce system experience. This project is focusing on expanding their current program and building out their capability. You will be ensuring it's success.

You will also:

- Create and maintain transition project plans with timelines, milestones, activities to deliver etc
- Develop project documentation including project scope, risk/ remediation and stakeholder engagement plans
- Collecting salesforce data and creating reports, maintaining these weekly reports and showing across multiple regions

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Blend of technical and customer service experience (ideally Microsoft or apple products/ projects)
- Salesforce CRM - including report creation and navigation Advanced spreadsheet knowledge
- Hands on project coordination and management skills, ideally with PM certifications
- Experience developing high quality project control documentation
- Able to work hybrid in the office, and flex time zones
