Transition Manager

- The Transition Manager is responsible for supporting UGL’s contract delivery team through the Transition-In period of the contract.- The Transition Manager will be responsible for:
- The development and implementation of the transition plan & schedule
- Implementation and alignment of processes, communications, and
- Co-ordinate stakeholders including the contract delivery team, UGL functional support teams and client as required.

**What will a day in this role look like**:

- Refinement of a detailed Transition-In Plan (TIP) and Transition-In schedule using draft documents submitted at tender.
- Facilitate the coordination of functional working groups to progress the establishment of key enablers including IT systems, Plant & Equipment, Labour Resources and professional services
- Facilitate and attend weekly working group meetings with all stakeholders as required
- Provide a single point of contact for al Transition matters**On Your First Day we expect you to bring to the team**:

- Previous experience in Transition Management
- Minimum ten years’ experience in a management role, preferably in the Oil and Gas Operations and Maintenance environment
- Manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent priorities
- Ability to prepare and monitor budgets. Good understanding of financial principles.
